OUR STORY
Masman Media began with a simple belief: meaningful work deserves meaningful marketing.
Before launching the agency, Paola Masman worked as a lobbyist and media director representing manufacturers, farmers, and ranchers. In that role, she saw firsthand how essential these industries are to the strength of our workforce, our economy, and our national resilience. She also saw how often organizations in these spaces were underserved when it came to marketing, communications, sales support, and talent recruitment.
That experience became the foundation for Masman Media. The vision was to build an agency that could bring strategy, storytelling, and execution together in service of organizations doing important work. What began as a passion for strengthening critical industries has grown into a mission-driven agency trusted by clients across manufacturing, workforce development, education, economic development, public-sector initiatives, and national-impact work.
What has never changed is the belief that great partnerships start with listening. We take the time to understand our partners, their audiences, and the goals behind the work so that every strategy, message, and deliverable is built with clarity, purpose, and intention.
